At a Tennessee family cookout gone wrong on Saturday, a 4-year-old boy picked up a gun and ended up accidentally shooting and killing the wife of Wilson County Deputy Daniel Fanning. Apparently, Fanning was in a bedroom showing a relative his weapons when the toddler came in and picked up a gun from the bed, which discharged and shot 48-year-old Josephine Fanning, who died at the scene. Sheriff Robert Bryan called the shooting a terrible accident.
