    ‘Family Guy’ Pulls Boston Episode

Talk about creepy timing: Fox has removed an episode of Family Guy that showed a character mowing down runners with his car. “I’ll tell ya, Bob, I just got in my car and drove it,” protagonist Peter Griffin says. “And when there was a guy in my way, I killed him.” The episode, which was pulled from Hulu and Fox’s websites, also featured Griffin befriending a terrorist who was planning to blow up a bridge. An edited version of the episode began to circulate on the Internet, deleting part of the context to make it appear as if the bombing happened at the marathon. Some claimed that the episode had “predicted” the Boston tragedy.
