Early Friday morning, actress Reese Witherspoon and her husband, James Toth, were arrested and jailed in Atlanta, Georgia, after Toth was pulled over for driving in the wrong lane. He is facing DUI charges, and Witherspoon was handcuffed after disobeying orders from the police to stay inside the car. The pair were released on bond around 3:30 a.m.
