Three former Vanderbilt football players indicted for rape have been arrested. Brandon Vandenburg, Cory Batey, and Jaborian McKenzie were all taken into custody and given a state mandated HIV test. The fourth, Brandon Banks, remains at large. Each of the four men was charged with five counts of aggravated rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery on Friday for allegedly having sex with an unconcious victim in the school's Gillette House dorm on June 23. Vandenburg was also charged with tampering evidence and unlawful photography. The defendants were dismissed from the football team six days later and banned from campus during the six-week investigation that followed.
