In a move that has TRL fans everywhere squealing, NBC announced that Carson Daly is now a permanent fixture on the network's daily morning show, Today. Daly will be hosting a segment called "The Orange Room," which conveniently takes place in an orange room. During an interview with NBC, the TV host described the news as a dream come true. "You know that scene in Willy Wonka where Charlie peels back the wrapper and finds the golden ticket? I felt like I got the golden ticket," he said. “The Orange Room” segment, which premieres Monday, will "connect the show and the audience like never before."
