Two have been arrested after a gang of motorcyclists on Manhattan’s West Side Highway burst into an extreme case of road rage Sunday, beating up an SUV driver after he accidentally hit one of the bikers. The man, driving a Range Rover with his wife and 2-year-old daughter inside, pulled over after the accident. The motorcyclists then surrounded the car and began beating it, breaking a window, and slashing the tires. The driver pulled away in response, hitting three other bikers, and prompting the rest of the gang to chase the SUV down and attack the driver, who was treated for injuries to his face. One biker has been charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and endangering the welfare of a child.
