Police have identified Paul Anthony Ciancia as the lone suspect in Friday’s shooting at Los Angeles International Airport. Contrary to reports that he was fatally wounded after a shootout with police, Ciancia is injured but alive and in police custody. The 23-year-old, who appears to be from New Jersey, has virtually no Internet presence or criminal history. It's unclear what connection, if any, he had to the TSA, but police said they recovered a note that said he "wanted to kill TSA and pigs" in the bag from which he pulled the assault rifle that killed one TSA agent and injured several other people at LAX Friday morning. The suspect's brother also said he received a text message from Ciancia in the hours before the shooting, saying he was thinking about taking his own life.
