So Jon Stewart isn’t the only person who hates CNN’s “good idea or bad idea” questions—all Americans apparently agree. CNN had its lowest rated week since the Olympics from October 28 to November 1, averaging just 385,000 viewers. The numbers matched the 20-year low the network reached in August, and also the lowest-rated week since Jeff Zucker took over. Viewers apparently were turned off by CNN’s healthcare coverage, and adding salt to their wounds is that viewers turned to MSNBC and Fox News during Friday’s LAX shooting. Fox News averaged 2.67 million viewers during the 8-11 p.m. time block (and 377,000 of those being in the coveted 25-54 age demographic), and MSNBC averaged 683,000.
