At a trial for former aides of celebrity chef Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi, Lawson addressed recent allegations that she was a cocaine addict as well as the public feud over the end to her marriage. She says she has only used cocaine twice, once with her late husband when he found out his cancer was terminal, and in 2010 when she felt threatened by her then-husband Saatchi. After admitting she had used marijuana, including in front of her children, Lawson insisted she is now “drug-free.” She also spoke about the incident at a restaurant this summer when Saatchi was photographed with his hands around her throat in a restaurant. "I am the only person you should be concerned with, I am the only person that should give you pleasure," she alleges he said.
