One Dead in Purdue Shooting

    One person is dead after a shooting Tuesday afternoon at the electrical engineering building on the campus of Purdue University. A suspect is in custody, according to local police, who say he gave himself up but is no longer cooperating with authorities. Neither the suspect or deceased have been identified publically. A police spokesman said it appeared the alleged gunman targeted the victim.
