Just a week after being arrested and charged for driving under the influence in Florida, teenage pop star Justin Bieber is being charged in Toronto with assaulting a limousine driver last month. While he turned himself in at a Toronto police station amid swarming paparazzi and screaming girls, his lawyer says Bieber is innocent. According to police, the limousine driver was hit on “the back of the head several times.”
