What looked like a pre-Super Bowl terror scare turns out to be an unfunny prank. Five New Jersey hotels near the site of this weekend’s big game reported receiving letters containing suspicious white substances Friday. Another was reportedly addressed to former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and mailed to his Manhattan office. FBI and local law enforcement are investigating the packages, but preliminary testing has revealed that the substance was just cornstarch.
