Rand Paul: Nugent Should Apologize

    At least one top GOP lawmaker is taking a stand against Ted Nugent, after the right-wing rocker recently called President Obama a "subhuman mongrel.” Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul tweeted on Wednesday evening that Nugent should apologize, saying that his "derogatory description of President Obama is offensive and has no place in politics." Meanwhile, Texas gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbott has received Nugent's support for his campaign.
