In response to the South Korean President Park Geun-hye’s speech at the nuclear summit at The Hague, North Korea took to its official Korean Central News Agency and declared her a “faithful servant and stooge” of the U.S., and likened her to a “blabbering” peasant woman. The report also critiqued the delivery of the speech, saying she should stop “rambling recklessly” and said the speech was “dumb.” She had addressed the danger of North Korean nuclear material ending up in terrorists' hands or causing a nuclear accident.
