Republican Congressman Mike Rogers, who serves as Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, announced Friday he will not seek reelection in November. Rogers has recently become a well-known face for his repeated criticisms of NSA-leaker Edward Snowden, as well as his strident broadsides against President Obama's foreign policy on TV shows.
