Celebrity chef Nigella Lawson was barred from boarding a British Airways flight from Heathrow to Los Angeles this past weekend due to her confession that she took drugs. Lawson, who is a judge in the U.S.-based show The Taste, made it through check-in and security before being stopped while boarding, and was then forced to go collect her baggage in first-class check-in. The U.K. never pursued criminal charges against Lawson after her confession; however, the U.S. can bar visitors who have drug offenses but have not been charged.
