    Pro-Prop 8 Lawyer Changes Mind

    A Supreme Court case didn't change his resolve, but the lawyer who argued against overturning California's ban on gay marriage is now helping his lesbian stepdaughter plan her wedding. Charles Cooper argued through the court system for Proposition 8, saying gay unions undermine marriage between a man and woman, but says his views evolved after discovering his child was gay.
