At the White House’s annual “Take Our Daughters to Work Day” on Thursday, a 10-year-old girl seized the moment and handed first lady Michelle Obama her unemployed father’s résumé. “My dad’s been out of a job for three years and I wanted to give you his résumé,” the girl, Charlotte Bell, said. After the two spoke, the first lady held up the document and told the press, “Well it’s a little private, but she’s doing something for her dad. All right?”
