It is unclear where Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is. After announcing his plans to enter rehab, the crack-smoking Canadian flew to Chicago, but turned around before officially entering the U.S. “He voluntarily withdrew his application to enter the USA,” said Roy Norton, Consul General of Canada in Chicago, adding that Ford “was not denied entry, per se.” At the moment, Ford’s whereabouts are still unknown. His brother, Councillor Doug Ford, refused to give details of his brother’s location. Ford lawyer Dennis Morris said he is at a treatment facility, but won’t say where. “The bottom line is he’s in rehab, and he’ll be there for a number of weeks—and that’s the answer. It’s not like he’s at a baseball game in Los Angeles or something.”
