Iowa Judge Shoots Down Gay Marriage Ban

Wedding bells will be extra loud on Friday, after a judge in Idaho ruled the state's ban on gay marriage unconstitutional and paved the way for marriages to begin as early as this week. The decision becomes effective at 9 a.m. on Friday, but Gov. Butch Otter has already filed for an immediate stay that the state's attorney says he is consulting on.
