Halle Berry and ex-Gabriel Aubry have had a notoriously volatile relationship after their breakup, but it looks like the Oscar winner is the only one paying the price. Under their custody settlement, Berry will pay $16,000 a month to Aubry, or nearly $200,000 a year, in child support for their 6-year-old daughter, Nahla. She’ll also make a retroactive payment of $115,000 and $300,000 to Aubry’s lawyers to cover the costs of their custody dispute. This is not the first issue Berry and Aubry have battled over in court or real life. In 2012, a judge blocked Berry from moving their daughter to France. In November 2012, Aubry physically went head-to-head with Berry’s now-husband, Olivier Martinez, who, unfortunately for Aubry, is a trained boxer.
