The exiled Florida resident and former CIA spy donated $13,700 to Clinton’s campaign and leadership PAC before the 2008 election, compared to $600 toward President Obama’s 2012 reelection. And Castro is already gearing up for 2016, albeit slowly—so far this year, she has given $270 to Ready for Hillary PAC.
