USA Out of World Cup

    America’s World Cup hopes ended Tuesday when Belgium defeated Team USA 2-1. The round of 16 match went to overtime, when Belgium quickly scored two goals and the U.S.’s Julian Green scoring in the 107th minute. U.S. goalkeeper Tim Howard had 16 saves, the most in a single World Cup game since 1966. Belgium will now advance to play against Argentina on Saturday.
