Cop Raises More Money Than Brown Family

The online fundraisers for police officer Darren Wilson have raised more money than those for the family of the young man he killed, Michael Brown. On Friday, a crowd-funding page closed when it hit $235,010, more than surpassing its goal of $100,000. A second fund-raising page was opened which already has over $104,000. The first crowd-funding page saw donations from 5,902 people. Meanwhile, the Michael Brown Memorial Fund had raised just over $214,000.
