That's the hope of NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton, who says the city's police force will start testing body cameras on a small number of officers. The move follows a federal judge ordering tests last year after finding NYC's use of stop-and-frisk tactics unconstitutional. "I think clearly the officer, knowing they are being recorded, will affect the behavior of the officer in a good way," Bratton said.
