Bill Cosby has filed legal documents claiming he was extorted by Judy Huth, a woman who alleges that Cosby got her drunk and sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974. TMZ obtained Cosby’s legal filing, which accuses Huth, who says she was 15 years old at the time of the alleged assault, of having her lawyer contact his lawyer, Marty Singer, to make “ominous references to criminal penalties.” According to the documents, Huth’s lawyer demanded $100,000 for silence, then increased the demand to $250,000 as more women came forward. Cosby demands that the lawsuit be dismissed and wants monetary sanctions imposed as well. Meanwhile, the U.S. Navy rescinded Cosby’s honorary title of chief petty officer.
