2 Found Guilty in Vanderbilt Rape Trial

CONVICTED

On all charges.

Two former Vanderbilt football players were found guilty of all charges in the case of a 2013 rape on campus. Brandon Vandenburg, 21, and Cory Batey, 20,were convicted of five count of aggravated rape and two counts of sexual battery on Tuesday. Police accused Vandenburg and Batey of raping an unconscious woman in Vandenburg's dorm room along with two other football players at the time: Brandon E. Banks and Jaborian "Tip" McKenzie, who are both 20. They face the same charges, and their trial is pending
