Though U.S. police are still investigating whether Chapel Hill shooting suspect Craig Stephen Hicks was motivated by hatred toward Muslims, the Palestinian government went ahead and condemned the killings as “terrorism.” Three young Palestinian-Americans were killed on Tuesday, apparently over a parking spot dispute. Palestine has asked American authorities to include its own investigators in the probe.
