Robert Van Winkle, also known as Vanilla Ice, accepted a plea deal on Thursday to perform 100 hours of community service for a break-in and robbery at an abandoned home in Florida. He will also pay a fine. Van Winkle claims the theft was a misunderstanding, as he hosts the DIY Network’s home-improvement show “The Vanilla Ice Project,” and was renovating a home next door. The 47-year-oold rapper behind “Ice Ice Baby” said, “I’m glad to have this behind me.”
