The .40-caliber Smith & Wesson handgun used to kill two Hattiesburg, Miss. policemen, Benjamin Deen and Liquori Tate, was recovered on Friday. Maintenance workers cutting grass along a street found the gun and turned it over to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation. 29-year-old Marvin Banks has been arrested and charged with two counts of capital murder for allegedly shooting and killing the policemen during a traffic stop in Hattiesburg last Saturday.
