Federal prosecutors have charged David Wright of Massachusetts and Nicholas Rovinski of Rhode Island with plotting to behead Pamela Geller, the organizer of the “Draw Muhammad” event in Garland, Texas, that was attacked by two ISIS sympathizers in May. In a complaint filed Friday, prosecutors say Wright and Rovinski provided material support to ISIS by conspiring to carry out the attack with Usaamah Rahim. Rahim was shot by law-enforcement officials last week after they say he charged them with a knife.
