Police are searching for the remains of a toddler Sunday in Chicago after a person called the police when they saw a foot floating in the Garfield Park lagoon. Officers later found a right foot and a hand about 25 yards away. Authorities determined that the decomposing body parts belonged to a toddler. The search is still ongoing.
