Joshua Ryne Goldberg, a 20-year-old in Orange Park, Florida, was arrested on charges he gave out instructional information on making explosives. He was in contact online with a “confidential human source” known to police. Goldberg allegedly instructed this individual on how to manufacture bombs and wanted one placed at an upcoming memorial in Kansas City commemorating the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. He faces a maximum of 20 years in a federal prison.
