Olympic diver Tom Daley revealed his engagement to American filmmaker Dustin Lance Black in an announcement in the Times newspaper on Thursday. The 21-year-old, who revealed on YouTube in 2013 that he was dating a man, has been with the Academy Award-winning screenwriter for two years. Daley won two gold medals for England at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and a bronze for Britain at the 2012 Summer Games. The 41-year-old Black is a producer and director who won an Oscar for Milk, which is based on the life of gay-rights activist and politician Harvey Milk.
