The Cuyahoga County prosecutor released a second video of the November 2014 shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice on Thursday. This video is taken from a security camera outside Cleveland’s Cudell Recreation Center building, which is across a parking lot from where the shooting actually happened. An expert report accompanied the release of this video, stating that the shooting was “objectively reasonable.”
