Newt Gingrich tweeted that concealed carry permits could have prevented the hostage crisis at Paris’s Bataclan theater.
Imagine a theater with 10 or 15 citizens with concealed carry permits. We live in an age when evil men have to be killed by good people

Gingrich also tied the attack to Syrian refugees, though there is no evidence they have anything to do with it.
Gingrich isn’t the first to to link terrorism and gun control. During January’s attacks on Charlie Hebdo and the kosher supermarket, Donald Trump also tweeted about France’s gun control policies.
Isn’t it interesting that the tragedy in Paris took place in one of the toughest gun control countries in the world?
