White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said Wednesday that initial data suggests that activity around a nuclear test site was “not consistent with North Korean claims of a successful hydrogen bomb test.” This comes after North Korea itself boasted that it had successfully deployed a hydrogen bomb after seismic activity registered near one of the Hermit Kingdom’s nuclear test sites early Wednesday.
