The troubled Cleveland Browns quarterback has so far declined to seek rehabilitation treatment for his drinking, even after his agent ended their professional relationship and publicly voiced his concerns this week. The Heisman Trophy winner’s woes are compounded by the fact that his ex-girlfriend alleged in a police report he hit her repeatedly and threatened to kill her and then himself last week.
