Porn star James Deen's production company was charged $77,875 by California's Occupational Safety and Health Administration for allegedly violating condom safety and workplace laws on-set. OSHA also found that Deen's producers "did not provide a vaccine or follow-up medical examination to employees who were potentially exposed to hepatitis B." The state's law dictates that adult-film workers must wear protection during shoots to protect against sexually transmitted diseases. He is being fined for nine separate violations, four of which are serious.
