The Cincinnati-area mother who admitted to trafficking her 11-year-old daughter for heroin received on Tuesday a prison sentence of 51 years to life. April Corcoran, 32, confessed to selling her daughter to a heroin dealer in exchange for the powerful narcotic. The dealer, Shandell Willingham, also faces charges: rape, gross sexual imposition, and trafficking. The young girl now lives with her father and stepmother in another state.
