Gawker Media's CEO Nick Denton is expected to leave his company after a 14-year run once its sale to Univision closes. The sale could close by mid-September. Denton remains the subject of a number of lawsuits and the fate of the Gawker site is still somewhat up in the air. A majority of the staff will move on to Univision.
