Musician Lissy Trullie has gone from downtown New York ubiquity (thanks to heavy demand for her as a DJ) to making regular appearances in the fashion world. She and her namesake band played 3.1 Phillip Lim's show at New York Fashion Week last season. And, while she posed in friend and designer Chrissie Miller's look books for Sophomore for seasons before starring in Chloe Sevigny's Red, the androgynous redhead took on a few higher-fashion gigs for FW09. The latter include Oscar de la Renta's son Moses' look book for his line MDLR, as well as Hérve Léger by Max Azria's Fall 2009 ad campaign, which was shot by photog Richard Kern. Also, rumor has it Trullie's band is set to play New York Fashion Week yet again this September at an as-of-yet undisclosed store.
