While on the pink carpet at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday,
wore—and looked—a little blue. Her usually bright smile was barely on display, and photos of her and co-presenter New Girl star Zooey Deschanel Selena Gomez led some to notice more than a few weird changes in the starlet’s face and demeanor. Perhaps she was simply bummed about not winning any awards that night?

Back in February, the former South African Olympic swimmer attended the Oscars with husband, Prince Albert. On the red carpet,
Princess Charlene made it obvious that she was feeling desolate as she shed tears in front of the cameras. As she made a point of reminding us, it was the 30 th anniversary of the death of the woman who would be her mother-in-law, Princess Grace, a.k.a. Grace Kelly.

Eminem, a.k.a. Slim Shady, looked straight-up sad at the Los Angeles premiere of 8 Mile in 2002. Though we can’t imagine why—the rapper took home an Oscar for Best Original Song for the single, Lose Yourself, from the movie’s soundtrack.
