The Center for Science in the Public Interest released the sad “winners” of their annual Xtreme Eating Awards today, revealing the worst chain-restaurant meals in America. From Ranch-covered pizza, to custard-filled French toast, these are the belt-looseners, the gut-busters, basically the meals that wipe out your daily calorie intake in a single sitting. Helpfully, CSPI also provided a list of exercises that can work these unhappy meals off. Twelve-hour brisk walk, anyone?
