Hurricane Harvey made landfall on Friday night, the National Weather Service reported. The category 4 storm landed between Port Aransas and Port O'Connor, Texas. Rain from the hurricane is supposed to reach up to 40 inches or more in some areas. Winds are already gusting at up to 160 miles per hour. Tornado warnings have been issued across the hurricane zone.
