Employees have begun speaking out about the perils of working in Ivanka Trump’s clothing factory in Subang, Indonesia, claiming untenably low wages, verbal abuse, and more. Some workers claim they are paid so little they cannot afford to live with their children. Others say they face anti-union intimidation. Some women say they have been offered a bonus if they don’t take time off while menstruating, according to a report in The Guardian, which interviewed more than a dozen workers at the facility.
