Melania and Barron Trump Move Into the White House

First lady Melania Trump and son Barron have moved into the White House, nearly five months after President Trump took office. The pair had remained in New York so that the 11-year-old could finish out the school year before relocating to D.C. Melania took to Twitter to express her excitement about the move Sunday, posting a photo from inside the White House with the caption, “Looking forward to the new memories we’ll make in our new home!” The move may help put to rest the concerns of New Yorkers who didn’t understand why their tax dollars were being put to use to protect the first lady while her husband was in D.C.
