Trouble has hit Manitou Springs, Colo. again. A year after the Waldo Canyon Fire destroyed 347 homes and killed two, the same area was hit Friday night with a mudslide and flash flooding. One man was killed and three more are missing, after violent floodwaters lifted homes off their foundations and forced cars off the highway. It was the fourth flash flood to hit the region this year.
