A North Carolina baby is dead after being shot on Christmas Day in Chapel Hill. One-year-old Maleah Williams was injured when shots were fired from a passing vehicle. Law enforcement has arrested Shaquille Oneill Davis, a 22-year-old man, in connection with the shooting. He faces a first-degree murder charge.
