A 1-year-old boy died Sunday afternoon after being shot in the head by a 3-year-old boy—who had picked up an unattended firearm and it went off. Cleveland Police said they were investigating where the gun came from and that the person who brought it into the East Side house and left it unattended is likely to face charges. A mother lived in the home with three young children, and neighbors told Cleveland.com they heard her screaming on the back porch after she was told of her son’s death.
